FREEDOM.
Keep your family alive.
Field guide
Move with care.
The drones are always overhead. Stay out of the open, keep to the shadows of what is left of the buildings, and never let too many people gather in one place. You will meet other families here. Being near them may be what gets you all killed.
Under watch.
To the machines overhead there are no civilians. Anyone they see — any age — is a target.
Every face is scanned. The cameras on the corners and the drones overhead feed PANOPTIS, the targeting system that matches faces, phones and footsteps and decides who is a threat. It has never decided that anyone is not.
On every corner a small solar camera on a pole reads each face and each number plate that passes, and never forgets one. Somewhere far from here, cameras just like it watch quiet suburbs, and people call that safety.
About the game
A free survival game in your browser.
GAZA is a free survival game that runs in the web browser: no download, no install, no account. You keep a family alive in a procedurally generated city in Gaza under air strikes, drone surveillance and tank fire. Every building is made of voxels and can be destroyed block by block, and the city is new every time.
Play solo, or online multiplayer with other families in the same city (peer-to-peer, no sign-up). Scavenge food, water and medicine, shelter in what is left of the buildings, carry the wounded, and try to get your people out. Find the tunnels to open a second way to play, as a Freedom Fighter with a squad.
Everything in the game, the city, the people and the sound, is generated in code. Made for desktop browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) with a keyboard and mouse; headphones recommended. For adults 18+ only: it depicts war and the deaths of civilians. Terms of Service · Privacy Notice
